Exchange and return policy

Exchange & Return Policy:
• We accept exchanges and returns only if the customer informs us of any issues within seven days of delivery.
• If you encounter a size issue or receive the wrong product, please raise an exchange request within seven days (including the day of delivery).
• We will gladly exchange the product for the correct size or the correct product of the same value at no extra charge. Reverse pickup will be arranged for you.
• If the new exchange product has a higher value, the price difference will need to be paid online.
• The product must have its original sticker label attached, be properly folded, and packed to avoid damage during transit. Without this, the exchange will not be processed.
Refunds are only available for genuine cases of defective products. If you receive a faulty product, please email our customer support at support@tashantees.com with your order details, the issue description, and photos of the defective product.
• Returns for non-defective products are only accepted in exceptional cases, and in such cases, a fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from your refund to cover the reverse pickup service due to increased logistics costs.
• Refunds will be processed to the same bank account from which the payment was made or to the account you provide.
Please note:
• Color or design variations may occur between the product delivered and what is shown on our website or social media. Returns or refunds are not possible for minor variations.
• If it’s determined that the defect is caused by your actions (such as improper care), we are not responsible for providing a refund.
• Do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.
Additional Notes:
• We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the merchandise does not meet our criteria.
• Each order can only have one exchange/return request processed.
• Used or washed products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Products bought during sales or with discount codes are not eligible for a refund.
• Free exchanges are available for size issues, but no refunds will be issued for size-related concerns.
